In the world of the public administration, an experts' great variety exists about the topic and today will speak them on one of these experts his name it is Verónica Figueroa Huencho. She is an administrator publishes of the university of Chile  and she had a doctorate in Management sciences and a post doctorate of  Center for Latin American Studies of the Universidad de Stanford, California, in addition is a teacher of the University of Chile.

At present, she is a member of the Executive Council of the Indigenous Chair of the Extension Vicerrectoría and of the Commission for Equal Opportunities of Gender of the University of Chile. She has written articles on various topics that have been highly motivated and learning in which he highlighted "The formulation of indigenous public policies in Chile from decoloniality: New perspectives of analysis".
